Seriously, if you like salty, sweet, caramelly, chocolatey things, this is your new favorite treat ever. And if you don’t…well let’s not be friends. Oh, and P.S. they contain just a few ingredients and are super easy to make. Happy snacking!
Note: I highly recommend assembling all the parts and pieces of this recipe together–the silicone mold, caramel, banana, salt–so that when the chocolate is liquid you are ready to assemble the cups quickly. It’s not a hard recipe at all, but you do have to work while everything is warm.
Also, while you can make these in a traditional, well greased mini cupcake pan, your life will be much much easier if you can use a silicone mini cupcake mold like this.
