When I heard I coudn’t have cheese anymore, I was devastated. Really, truly, deeply devastated. But then I learned to cream basically anything. Cashews. Almonds. Coconut. Avocado. And now, if possible, I think I’ve discovered something better than cheese. Yes, it’s corn. This sweet corn alfredo sauce could make the staunchest of cheese lovers reconsider. Do yourself a favor and try it. You’ll wonder what was so great about cheese anyway.
